RATES

Our rates are fixed and include all taxes. There is no extra charge for luggage and any assistance. 

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are necessary. You can reserve at any time by mail (resa@sheba-travel.com), phone (+33 1 42 45 88 84 or +33 6 03 48 45 01) or by fax (+33 1 42 45 88 84).

Please give following indications:

- Passenger’s name and e-mail

• Number of persons
• Pick-up date, hour and place
• Flight time, flight number and company
• Number and approximative weight of bags (it will help us choosing the right car adapted to your needs)
  

We will confirm your booking under 24 hours by e-mail. Then, you’ll have to reconfirm your reservation by giving us your credit card number. This will only guarantee the reservation; we will not debit your credit card. For luxurious sedans, a prepayment might be asked. 

In most cases, you will be paying the driver upon arrival and get a receipt from him. 

AIRPORT AND TRAIN STATION ARRIVALS 

At your arrival, the driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name.

In case you encounter difficulties in finding him, please call us immediately on + 33 1 42 45 88 84 (Reservation Service) or 33 6 03 48 45 01 (Mobile number of our Reservation Manager) 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the service. The service will be fully charged by using your credit card number for any cancellation less than 24h from booking. 

INSURANCES – SECURITY

We strictly respect the French and European transport law and all safety rules.

Our passengers and their luggage are insured.
